Shipping Information
UK Orders
All of our customers in the United Kingdom are offered free shipping with all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48 which typically arrives within 2-3 working days or, alternatively, UK customers can select Royal Mail Tracked 24 for an additional charge of £3.99 which usually arrives within 24 hours of dispatch.
International Orders
Orders placed to any country outwith the United Kingdom will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked, for a fee of £11.99, which aims to deliver within 3-7 days of dispatch depending on the particular country. Please note that any orders placed to countries outwith the United Kingdom may be subject to import taxes/customs fees depending on the specific legislation in the particular country. You, the customer, are responsible for paying any import taxes/customs fees or any other fees which are incurred upon the parcels arrival in your country.

Please note that the shipping times quoted above are typical but they are not guaranteed. It can sometimes take longer than usual for orders to arrive, particularly during busy periods such as Christmas time or over bank holidays. Orders placed before 3pm (UK time) on a weekday will normally be dispatched on the same day and orders placed after 3pm (UK time) will normally be dispatched on the next working day. These dispatch times are typical but are not guaranteed. Finally, please note that orders are not usually dispatched on weekends so orders placed after 3pm (UK time) on a Friday will not typically be dispatched until the following Monday. Finally, in the unfortunate event that there is an issue with your shipment, such as a lost or damaged parcel, then you should contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement for you and claim compensation from Royal Mail.
Returns Information
We are confident that you will be highly satisfied with the quality of our products. That is why we are pleased to offer a 30 day returns policy to all of our customers for all purchases made on our website. If for any reason you wish to return an item to us then you are entitled to do so for up to 30 days after the original purchase date and you will receive a full refund once we can confirm that we have received the item(s) and the original CarbonShield box back undamaged. We do not charge our customers any returns or re-stocking fees. If you wish to return an item to us then please send us a message to let us know by using the contact us page and we will provide you with instructions for return. Please make sure to include your order details.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - RETURNS POLICY
Please note that customers are responsible for arranging return shipping for items at their own expense and for ensuring that returned items are shipped in suitable packaging so as not to cause any damage to the item or it’s original CarbonShield box during transit. Items must be returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date otherwise we are not obliged to accept returns or issue any refunds. Please also note that our 30 day returns policy does NOT apply to any items that have been damaged in any way or to any items that are missing, or have incurred significant damage to, their original CarbonShield boxes. Please do NOT return any damaged items to us or any items with a damaged/missing CarbonShield box as they will be ineligible for a refund and we are not obliged to re-send the item(s) back to you. Customers who wish to return their item(s) to us must contact us to let us know that you wish to return the item before sending the item(s) back. Customers wishing to return an item must ensure that they ship the item(s) back in a timely manor and use an appropriate shipping service that will ensure the item arrives back to us, safely and undamaged, within the 30 day period after the original purchase date.
